Why use a broker vs. a direct sales rep from a carrier?
Our brokers have more experience than most direct sales reps and want to develop a long-term relationship with your company. We provide the benefit of our experience and the diversity of our carrier portfolio.
Traditionally a direct rep is paid one time to sign up your account; they are not compensated to keep you as a client. Direct salespeople have a have high turnover rate. The average rep last less then a year in his/ her position. As brokers we are paid to retain you as a customer. We will be there for as long as you have service.
Does your service cost me anything?
NO! We do not charge anything for our assessment and comparison. We are paid directly by the carrier. Our free assessment will result in savings for you.
A typical Telecommunications audit-assessment takes about 12 hours. This assessment would cost you $2000. You will receive a $2000 assessment for free and save money on your phone bill.
What is involved with the free assessment?
We will set up a call or visit to your site to meet with our telecom broker. We will ask you a few questions about your business during our data gathering stage.
Once we understand your specific business needs we will obtain all of your present billing information to move on to our analyzing stage. We will then prepare a proposal w/ comparison and recommendations for you.
Our next stage is our presentation phase and this is where we provide deliverables including current service, alternative options, project planning and your savings estimator. Next is our Follow up phase and this is we review and confirm that your happy with your service and receiving the proposed savings.
Will I still be able to call my phone company directly?
Yes, you will still be able to call your carrier anytime you want to. You will still receive your bills directly from your carrier.
